DISABILITY HOUSING, GREGORY HILLS

In late 2020, Zen Haus was awarded with a contract to supply our offsite manufactured building solutions and support the rollout of a large scale disability housing project as part of the NDIS - run by DPN Casa Capace.

This beautiful dual home is the first of many delivered for our client. Both dwellings were assembled within 5 crane days and achieve a 7.9 star NatHERS rating. Our internal wall lining by Fermacell provides a great option for high impact wall requirements. The facade utilises Fermacell's HD Powerpanel - a fibre cement option that provides lasting protection.
